Once you have claimed your free trial or signed up for a block of 10 you will be forwarded welcome emails.
The emails will have app downloads and instructions.
Please read them carefully.
You will receive the email within 48hrs.

You have 2 weeks to use your free trial once you have claimed it.
You MUST reserve a spot via the app to attend your free trial.

OUTDOOR CLASSES
Get outside, get moving, get sweaty, get fit!!
Single weight and bodyweight movements.
Simple. Effective. Fun.

GYM BASED CLASSES

We will be using Barbells and heavier weights in this class as well as bodyweight movements.
Learn to lift safely, be coached, get your heart rate up and have a great time.
We will be at the Gym but will use the outside space as well.

**PLEASE NOTE**

The Stewartry Rugby Club ask that anyone using CrossFit services pay the Rugby Club a small service charge.
This is only £5 per month.
To be paid directly to the Rugby Club.
A link for this fee will be included in the welcome email.
You DO NOT need to pay it to do the trial class.

WE HAVE AN APP

  • Log scores on the leaderboard.
  • Access the workout from 8pm the night before.
  • Get workouts 6 days a week.
  • See a video explanation and demos of the movements.
  • Get access to daily mobility along with video demos.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

**PLEASE READ VERY  CAREFULLY**

— Outdoor classes  – For your own safety BRING  YOUR OWN WEIGHT with you; eg.dumbbell or kettlebell.
— I have a limited selection available but you may have to compromise on weight
— NO cash payments.
— You must pay and reserve class spots online – there will be an app (Push Press) for you to download that will make that very easy
— When you sign up you will get an automated email; read it carefully, fill in and sign the forms .
— I will send another email within the next working day that will have links to the Members app (SugarWOD) and the link to pay the £5 monthly fee to the Rugby Club.
— Bring water and if you wish a yoga mat
— Social distancing will be respected, DO NOT approach anyone in the class (including myself) and breach this rule.
— Toilets will be accessible
— If you book into a class and do not show up the session will still be taken from your pass/punchcard
— You must reserve your spot in a class to attend.
— To cancel your booking you must do so 2 hours before the class (if you cancel late the session will still be taken from your pass)
— Spaces in class are limited to 29 Outdoors and 8 Gym Based – these spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis via online reservations.
— Classes may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions or Coach illness in which event any booking will be added back to the pass/punchcard. You will be notified via email.
— When the Coach takes a holiday your Pass expiry date will be extended to reflect this so you don’t lose out.
— Due to Covid we are assessing our schedule and services in Phases. Each Phase is 4 weeks. If any change results in you not being able to use your Pass then Please contact us via the Contact form on our Website and we will sort out and refund applicable unused sessions.
